WUN Update
Thank you so much to everyone that attended our first event last month. It was great to get such a positive response about the new network and we have been given so many ideas on how we can support you to move forward in your career. The time we spent at the event asking you what steps we could take to support you in your career was incredibly valuable, and the discussions about the challenges you face included: fear of failure, Industry updates, emotional resilience, maintaining positivity and building a supportive network to name just a few.
We have taken all these issues on-board and looked to our network for advice and tips to help you overcome these challenges in the form of blogs. Many amazing women have agreed to share their experiences and we will publish these as and when we get them. We’ve kick-started this ‘advice series’ with two blogs from Angie Needle and Joanne Smalley, and will continue building on all the themes you have addressed moving forward.
