- Wessex Water – acquired in 2002 and one of the UK’s leading infrastructure investors, with a £3bn pipeline of capital projects planned over the next five years
- GENeco – an award-winning waste to energy business, providing alternative power generation capacity across the South West
- YTL Construction – bringing YTL’s international expertise and resourcing reach, together with Wessex Water’s construction capabilities, into a new innovative construction company with all the skills, resources and track record creating a major new player in the UK construction market
- YTL Developments – creating Brabazon, a new neighbourhood on the former Filton Airfield in north Bristol, which will include more than 6,500 new homes, schools, community facilities, commercial and office space, retail and restaurants and a new train station connecting the area to Bristol Temple Meads and the city centre
- The Brabazon Hangars – also at Filton, which will be turned into a live music and entertainment venue, with a 19,000 capacity arena and exhibition space
- Hotels in London and Edinburgh as well as the award-winning Thermae Bath Spa and the Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel in Bath.
