The Pod is based in Solihull and was established in 2013 by co-founders Jenny Hughes and Jodie Williams, employing over 40 people. We have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work UK and earned a spot on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2023 list.
