Founded in 2013, Smart Works exists to bring about positive change for women in disadvantaged circumstances, breaking the cycle of poverty and deprivation caused by unemployment. Our dressing and coaching service enables women to overcome these complex barriers, empowering them with the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed at interview.
