Career

Business Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Mentor.
An international thought leader in business leadership, organisational transformation and working across cultures, Kanthi Ford has spent 25 years working globally. Working in more than 30 countries she has been managing organisational restructuring, leadership and culture development programmes for improvements in organisational performance. This is by working through the strategic intent and transforming business cultures by developing people.

As a qualified leadership coach for 25 years, she incorporates neuroscience, a brain-based explanation for some of her clients’ thinking. She co-authored a book on business transformation ‘Performance Edge’ in 2018 and is currently completing a book on ‘cross cultural working’. Her strength is executive experience combining cross-sectorial, commercial knowledge in multiple sectors with strong understanding of behavioural science and leadership development applied to business practises. She is also Chairman of the Ireland India Business Association and international Panel member of the Pipeline Industries Guild (PIG).

Ella NilaKanthi Ford began her career in Television and Broadcasting first as a journalist and finally as a producer, she subsequently transferred to working with Multi-national Corporations. She has run development programmes in the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Aviation & Aerospace, Agri-business, Broadcasting, Construction, Energy (renewables, oil, gas and shale), Financial services, Food and Drink, , IT, Retail, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Rail, Water. She has worked with the United Nations as well as Governmental departments across the world including India’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). She has also advised NGOs and Registered Charities.
