I have 10 years experience of teaching in a secondary school setting where I mentored and coached both students and teaching staff. While teaching in schools, I took on the additional role of Head of Equality and Wellbeing and supported all stakeholders within the organisation.

I am currently studying a masters degree in mental health and wellbeing in education and the workplace and my current job role is diversity inclusion manager for a company within the utilities sector
