Dr. Rebeccah Tomlinson qualified from Cardiff School of Medicine in 2002 and trained in Primary Care. She specialises in women’s health, with extensive experience establishing and running sexual health and contraception clinics. She leads a weekly menopause clinic in her local hospital, supports the development of the Women’s Health Hub within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, and contributes to local staff training. She is also the Welsh Medical Advisor and a Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project charity, and a registered CoSRH- and BMS-accredited Menopause Specialist and Trainer.
Together with Dr Kate Burns, Rebeccah co-founded Empower All Training, driven by a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, empathetic, and individualised care.
Empower All Training supports businesses to better understand and manage hormonal health in the workplace. With the Menopause (Menstrual Health) Action Plan coming into effect in Spring 2027, now is the ideal time to strengthen awareness, education, and practical support across teams. We work with all levels of an organisation, with our most popular sessions focusing on “supporting the supporters” – equipping everyone, not just those directly affected, to create a more informed and inclusive workplace.
