A session led by Clancy Group – “Its not all about Flanges”

Speakers for this intriguing session are:

Phillipa Butson

Phillipa joined The Clancy group three years ago, to head up the Resourcing Function.  Prior to that she worked in recruitment managed services, where she supported companies such as EDF Energy, BP and SAP, to resource contingent workers within IT, Professional Services and Administration.  Phillipa is married to Neill and has a son, Oliver, who is currently in Year 11 getting ready to start his mock GCSE exams.

Amanda Rance

Amanda came to Clancy 3 and half years ago, initially as HR Business Partner for our Anglian Alliance contract, but since then has moved into a Strategic Project role and more recently as Senior People Business Partner managing the HR Administration team.  Prior to Clancy she worked for Carillion for 11years in a variety of HR roles across Facilities Management and Construction contracts. Amanda is married with two boys aged 7 and 10 years old who keeps her on her toes when she is not working.
