Nick Tate, Managing Director, Talent & Organisation, Accenture.
Nick is driving Accenture Talent & Organisation Reinvention efforts across Europe, where he works across future “human + agent” workforce strategies to reimagine how businesses grow differently. Nick is also our global commercial lead for the Human + AI Impact Initiative; a global platform researching, discovering and scaling new value at the intersection of people and AI.
With a background in agencies, start up and consulting, Nick recently returned to Accenture having spent the last 7 years as VP Global Digital Innovation at one of the world’s leading consumer healthcare companies.
Jo Butlin WUN Co-Founder & Director
Jo has worked in the Energy sector for 30 years working in leadership roles across the sector. She now has a portfolio of Non Executive and advisory roles . She is Chair of the OFGEM’s ESO Performance Panel, Chair of the Board of Thrive Renewables plc, Chair of the board of The Energy Consortium and a NED of SmartestEnergy Group Ltd and Kensa Group Limited.
She works with organisations and individuals with a passion and ambition for facilitating the transition to a net zero world .Jo is mother to two adult daughters. She spends her time outside work rowing, playing the cello and exploring the world with her husband.
Melina Persson, Client Director UK Water Sector, Microsoft.
Melina has the great pleasure of running the water sector for Microsoft. Her specialty is focused most around AI for personal productivity and is deeply passionate about the diffusion of AI tools in the business vs. the “science” project approach which many water organisations are taking. She can also speak strategically around the key components required to be successful with AI, the sliding scale of complexity for AI and how to approach agentic AI.
Dr Roya Ahmadi, Innovation Programme Manager, NESO.
Roya Ahmadi is an innovation leader and advocate for diversity, serving as Co-Chair of Women in NESO. Roya champions inclusion by leading initiatives that empower women and promote equity across the energy sector. With deep expertise in AI-driven energy solutions and smart grid technologies, Roya brings technical excellence and bold thinking to both programme delivery and inclusion activities. Roya’s leadership has helped shape NESO’s inclusive culture, foster cross-industry collaboration, and inspire the next generation of women in energy and technology.
Isabella Darin, Policy Manager, Energy UK.
Isabella is a policy lead for artificial intelligence at Energy UK, looking at the opportunities for its use in the energy sector, and how to optimise routes which can deliver value to people and businesses. Isabella also works more broadly on how the retail market can support a fair and affordable transition to net zero, with a focus on the smart meter rollout and consumer-led flexibility. Prior to Energy UK, Isabella worked at Energy Consumers Australia, leading work on consumer protections and the uptake of low-carbon technologies.
Andrea Sulzenbacher,Managing Director, AI & Data, Accenture.
Andrea leads Accenture’s UK, Ireland and Africa (UKIA) Resources Data & AI practice. She specialises in CDO Advisory and Complex Data Transformation Delivery.
Her expertise in process and organisational alignment includes Data Management, Centre of Excellence and Labs, Data Governance, Data Process and Data & AI Operating Model Design.
She has over 20 years of experience in delivering Data Transformation programmes for Energy and Water Utilities.
