In collaboration with The Marketing Pod, we have launched our 2025 opinion survey to discover the current state of workplace culture in utilities.
Does your workplace culture help or hinder your ability to do your best work?
We’re looking to gather as much information as possible on what the reality is for people, and especially women, working in utilities today.
For instance, we want to know:
- whether you feel free to be yourself at work
- what flexible work arrangements are currently available
- if you’ve witnessed or experienced inappropriate behaviour (and if so, how it was handled)
- what your priorities are when looking for a new position
- if there are any changes you’d like to see in the future.
This is so that we can open the discussion with today’s leaders about what needs to change if we are to build a fairer, more supportive and ultimately more productive workplace.
We expect this research to provide the most valuable insight into workplace culture in our industry yet, so please take the time to complete the survey and have your say.
The deadline for taking part in the survey is Thursday 27th February 2025. Please encourage your colleagues & wider network to participate too/share their thoughts/complete the survey too

The findings will be published and shared across our wider network in April 2025, offering insight for today’s leaders that will help to build a better workplace culture for the future.
