Due to the growth of the network & our ambitious plans for 2024 & beyond we are seeking a Programme Development Manager

WUN is primarily lead and run by volunteers, with a combination of Founders, Board and Advocates organising most activities. The team is supported by a small, but highly effective, administration management team.

The key limitation currently is capacity, and as the network continues to attract attention across the sector there are countless opportunities to do more. As the organisation matures, the Founders are keen that it develops on a sustainable basis so that it can endure and thrive beyond the involvement of key individuals.

The appointment of a new Programme Development Manager is seen as a key new role in developing the Network and its offer further, and to ensure that the organisation is properly set up to enable effective leadership, governance and management into the future.

The ideal candidate will have ambitions to grow with the organisation and to have the potential to take on more Executive responsibility in time.
