The Becoming Journey – 3-4mth virtual leadership development programme
This programme is designed to help you to discover the woman, the leader, that you are and unstick from the challenges that block you. Delivered as a high-quality, flexible, virtual learning journey, the programme combines rich and interactive media with experiential virtual workshops. You’ll build connections with other women, supporting and challenging each other to apply your learning whether that is in your leadership role or wider life.

Handling Conflict – 2hr virtual workshop
This workshop is designed to help you handle conflict with courage. It will help you to identify your “firm ground”, where you can stand in the face of conflict and handle the situation in a way that is true to you. Rather than teach a process of conflict resolution, we will focus on you, and how you respond to and handle the conflicts that you face.
This workshop will take place on 30 April, from 12-2pm. WUN members are entitled to specially negotiated rate of £240 (inc VAT).
