Julia Stichling is Managing Director of IWJS Holdings Ltd (IWJSH), part of Severn Trent plc. IWJSH is a specialist wastewater services business, delivering services across wastewater networks and infrastructure.

Julia has spent more than a decade in the water industry, working across Austria, Spain and the UK.

A WUN Advocate since 2023, Julia leads the #SpeakUp campaign, creating conversations around confidence, allyship and speaking up in the workplace. She also mentors women across the industry and is a strong believer in the power of networks, mentoring and creating opportunities for others.
