Thrive Session 2 : Unleashing Your Potential & Inclusive Leadership

This Month’s Content
Day 1: The focus is on discovering what makes you you. You’ll reflect on your personal brand and how to build it. We’ll share strategies to build resilience and thrive under pressure, Importantly, you’ll spending time thinking about the often-unspoken challenges of being the only woman in the room. We will work on our inner game and think about what needs to be in place for us individually, so that we can be the best for our colleagues.
End the day with another evening activity and dinner to learn more from your community of peers.
Day 2: Inclusive Leadership shifts the focus to leading in a way that creates belonging and trust. This includes understanding unconscious biases and taking action to foster equity. You’ll explore the fundamentals of psychological safety, discovering how to create environments where teams feel secure and motivated to deliver and innovate, as well as really focusing on how to advocate for yourself and others. The day moves on to explore the role authenticity and vulnerability plays in leadership, equipping you to lead with openness and courage while building stronger, more cohesive teams. This session combines practical tools, real-world examples from the utilities sector, and peer connections to help you lead inclusively and authentically and thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
