| I have worked within the training industry for 20 years, with an emphasises on the utilities industry. During this time I have worked with most utility companies designing, developing and delivering learning and development programmes to meet client objectives. I am passionate about attracting new people into the industry and am really proud of our successful apprenticeship schemes.
In 2010 Merit Skills Ltd was formed by myself and three colleagues. Its purpose was and still is to this day to provide high quality water technical training to all industry stakeholder. My role within the business is Managing Director. |
