A virtual session focusing on the Power of culture – creating change in the utilities workplace.

Working in collaboration with our friends at The Marketing Pod, we have been researching the experiences of women currently working in utilities and have some really interesting findings to share with you.

Thanks to honest and moving responses from our members and the wider utilities network, we’ll be able to answer important questions such as:

  • How does workplace culture affect women?
  • Is a return to the office policy impacting women’s careers?
  • Is sexual harassment taken seriously in 2025?
  • What are the priorities when looking for a new job in utilities?

We’ll also be sharing important insights into how leaders can bring about change.
