Founded to address the under-representation of women across utilities, WUN equips women with the skills, confidence and networks needed to build sustainable careers at every stage. The network is free to members and funded through the support of partner organisations.

Since 2018 WUN has grown to more than 10,500 members and over 80 partner organisations. Our delivery model includes events, mentoring, executive forums, surveys, campaigns, podcasts and the Women in Utilities Awards, alongside our Development Framework.
