Location – A face to face workshop based at your organisations offices.
Attracting and retaining women in the utilities sector is an ongoing challenge so to support this we are delighted to launch WUN Arrive, our bespoke skills workshop, which is part of the WUN Development Framework and has been designed especially for women in their first few years in the industry. This energising, one-day, in-house session supports early-career women to build the confidence, connections and clarity they need to thrive from the very start.

In a safe and supportive environment, participants will:
- Reflect on what’s going well and where they want to grow using the Wheel of Work
- Understand imposter syndrome and build practical confidence for meetings
- Understand how to network with purpose—starting internally and identifying a circle of support
- Learn about key industry networks and organisations to help them stay connected
- Walk away with a personal career action plan they can put into motion immediately
