Green GEN Cymru is building and operating a new energy network for Wales. One designed to connect, distribute and deliver 100% renewable power to homes, businesses and communities across the nation. As a purpose-driven utility company, we’re creating the infrastructure that will enable Wales to live modern electric lives and meet its future energy needs.
Our work focuses on designing and developing a resilient 132kV distribution network that unlocks renewable generation from rural areas and delivers it efficiently to where it’s needed most. We combine engineering innovation, sustainability, and local engagement to power Wales’s transition to clean energy supporting economic growth, jobs and skills along the way.
