CCW is the independent voice for water consumers in England and Wales. We help consumers resolve complaints against their water company or retailer, while providing free advice and support.
In addition to helping customers with their individual complaints, CCW works with water companies behind the scenes to ensure that issues we see affecting consumers across many water companies are dealt with.
To fulfil its mission to ensure people are well-informed, treated fairly and have confidence in their services, CCW also acts as a powerful advocate for all water consumers, ensuring that their views are shaping key regulatory and policy-making decisions.
