Business Stream

Business Stream is one of the largest water retailers in the UK. Employing c300 people, we provide a range of services to over 300,000 business customers including billing, water efficiency support and water and waste water management solutions. Since 2008, we’ve helped our customers save over £335million through discounts and water and energy efficiencies.

In 2019 we launched our vision to make a positive difference to our customers, our people, the environment and our local communities. To help bring our vision to life we’ve since introduced over 35 new initiatives including launching our Charity Panel and volunteering programme; becoming certified as carbon neutral and planting 10,000 trees in Scotland; developing our education programme to provide mentoring and work experience opportunities to young people; and delivering a wide range of measures to enhance our colleagues’ health and wellbeing.
