Day 1 : Set the stage for the six-day programme by focusing on you. Reflect on your personal values, uncover your personality profile, and assess your strengths to set meaningful development objectives.  Take time to focus on this learning opportunity by setting personal objectives to stretch yourself and explore how these will contribute to your organisation’s goals. End the day with an evening activity and dinner to build connections and strengthen your new community of peers.

Day 2: Develop coaching skills to inspire and empower those you lead. Explore a practical coaching model and master essential techniques, including:
• Building Rapport: Creating trust and a safe space for open dialogue.
• Active Listening: Hearing beyond words to understand meaning and needs.
• Giving Effective Feedback: Delivering with clarity and impact to improve performance.

Wrap up the day with peer-to-peer coaching practice, where you’ll apply your new skills in a supportive environment. This hands-on experience ensures you’re prepared to integrate coaching into your leadership approach and excel in the upcoming modules.  With a strong emphasis on wellbeing and community, this module equips you with the tools to lead with confidence and care—while thriving as yourself.
