Liam O’Sullivan – Licence Director, SP Manweb (SP Energy Networks)
Liam O’Sullivan is the Licence Director for SP Manweb at SP Energy Networks, responsible for managing the electricity distribution network across North West England, North and Mid Wales. He began his career with ScottishPower in 2000, gaining extensive experience in both Retail and Networks businesses, including roles in Customer Collections, E-Commerce, Network Operations, Customer Connections, and Large Capital Investment Projects. Based in Prenton, Wirral, Liam has been with SP Energy Networks for over 24 years, holding senior positions such as District General Manager before becoming Licence Director in October 2020. His leadership combines operational excellence with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and inclusion, setting a benchmark for the energy sector.
