The speakers for this session are :

Gemma Frisby

I worked in the water resources team for 9 years on demand management and moved in Assets in April 2015. In October 2019 I started looking after Policy and Strategy for asset management and the policy framework, ensuring they are fit for purpose and are being actioned by the business. There is now a signed and published Asset Management Policy in place and an Asset Management Strategy in development. I am in Asset Planning to define where we need to invest in our assets using a risk based approach and to manage the land and property portfolio. The team also owns the Burst and Low Pressure strategic targets but also plays a role in several other performance commitments, including Water Quality, interruptions, outage and customer satisfaction.

Jenny Rhodes

Ive been at South East Water for over 3 years & before this I worked at Thames Water for 5 years doing various roles beginning on their Graduate scheme.

I’m responsible for all the sites that treat, store and pump clean water in Kent and the teams that fix, maintain and run these sites. This involves working closely with lots of different departments at South East Water to ensure we are offering the best possible service to our customers. Every day is different in my role which includes leadership, H&S management, people management, budget management, process management, incident management and continuous improvement.

Please note your zoom registration link will be sent out on the day of the event . Meanwhile contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
