Hayley is an experienced business leader, with over 20 years spent in utilities operations, credit management, and customer service leadership. Having worked both within utility companies and as a consultant to the sector, Hayley’s experience gives her a unique perspective on what makes businesses successful. She is passionate about people development and always seek opportunities to support , mentor and coach new and up-coming talent as well as continually reflecting on her own development and personal growth.

She is one of the founder Members of Women in Utilities Network and continues to support WUN and other utility events as a speaker or moderator.  In December 2024, Hayley was appointed as Managing Director at Echo Managed Services, providing utility billing solution, service, billing and collection service to the water industry.

Outside of WUN & work, Hayley like getting out in the Oxfordshire countryside, she is a keen runner, both on road and off road and is frequently signing up to new challenges.
