As the Utilities Practice Lead at Douglas Jackson, Holly Beeston has worked to support the Utilities sector for almost 8 years, delivering diverse, impactful leadership solutions, Holly partners with organisations to help them hire more impactful leaders who stay for longer and are more successful. A passion for Diversity and Inclusion drives Holly and the team, who work with their customers to appoint exceptional individuals at a Head of, Director and C Suite level across the Utilities sector, and with a background in Social Media Marketing from her earlier career Holly feels that she will really help to spread the message of WUN further across the Utilities space.

Since discovering the network just over a year ago, meeting the team at Utility Week, to then attending both online and in-person events; it’s been an absolute pleasure to engage with and to meet like-minded individuals that have a real passion for D&I and for supporting one another with their career journeys.

Having worked in the industry for a number of years now, and harbouring a passion for D&I, I was taken back by the hospitality and the welcoming nature of the WUN community. I have learnt so much about the industry from fellow members and from the keynotes that I have attended.
